Dipped Wafers…again, I know. They are just too good to not make a few times a year, at least. Moreover, I just got my great-grandmother’s double boiler. It’s adorable…and I needed a reason to use it! Time for Canada day dipped wafers.

Ingredients

  • vanilla wafers (or any flavour, really)
  • white chocolate (or dark, would work, too)
  • sprinkles (you need these)

Get all of your ingredients together – for this special celebration we’ve got white chocolate and red sprinkles – proud to be Canadian!
