Travel: Dublin Snapshot
Dublin snapshot! That’s right, we spent three awesome days in this very Irish city – from a Brewery to a Boxty, we most certainly enjoyed our adventure in Dublin. Okay – I’ll share a few high-level sneak peeks into our trip below, yet the more in-depth info will come later. Let’s jump in.
Dublin Snapshot
First up, Phoenix Park and the Dublin Zoo. Probably not your typical things, however, we love to enjoy the green spaces in cities and if there’s a zoo, and one with giraffes, then it’ll probably get our attention. The park is well worth the visit, and while it’s a bit of a walk from the City Centre, the walk is enjoyable. Okay, photo time.
Up next, the zoo and those tall beasts. Trivia time – true or false – do giraffes have the same number of neck bones as humans? I’ll give you a moment to think. Well, the answer isn’t false – it’s true. That’s right, we have the same number – seven – of neck bones as a giraffe. Wild, eh?!
Okay, up next, some tourist sites – the Guinness Brewery, Temple Bar, and Dublin Castle.
If you’re travelling to Dublin and are a traveller who likes full days, then two to three days will be enough. Then again, if you like to party, sleep in, and take your time, then maybe a day or two extra will be your style.
A few other sites for us, the Skyview Tower and some of the local monuments and statues.
Well, there you have it, our Dublin snapshot, covering our three days in the very vibrant city. Be sure to check out our other snapshots coming up; we hit up a few cities on this very small (compared to Canada, that is!) island.
Thanks for stopping by – see you again soon! Happy travelling.

Some of these places look ancient but in really good shape. Love the pictures of using brick
