I'm excited to also share with you a few other cauliflower recipes I'm working on - soon...by summer, most definitely.
First - wash, trim, and cut up your cauliflower. Steam for about 8-10 minutes.
Use your fine cheese grater and grate the parmesan-reggiano.
Gather the butter, garlic, and the milk.
Once the cauliflower is steamed and still hot, mix all ingredients together into the Vitamix and blend for about 3 minutes until fully 'mashed'.
Spoon out into a serving dish and eat immediately!
