Green Velvet Cake Mix Cookies
St. Patrick’s Day – the day of green – is right around the corner. Need a little treat? Green velvet cake mix cookies is your answer!
Servings: 24 cookies
Ingredients
- 1 box of white cake mix
- 2 eggs
- 1/2 cup of canola oil
- 8-12 drops of green food colouring
- 1/2 cup of white chocolate chips
- 1/4 cup of green/white sprinkles
Instructions
- Mix up the first 4 ingredients - blend well.
- Once it's all mixed, add in the remaining two ingredients and stir lightly.
- Bake at 350 degrees for 12-14 minutes.
- Let them cool and then eat them up!
