Chocolate Cake Mix Cookies
What else can you do with a box of cake mix? Make cookies!! Let’s get baking these chocolate cake mix cookies.
Servings: 24 cookies
Ingredients
- box of chocolate cake mix
- 2 eggs
- 1/2 cup of canola oil
- 3/4 cup of Skor bits
- 3/4 cup of Reese's peanut butter chips
Instructions
- Mix the first 3 ingredients together. I find that it's better if you mix it all by hand - using your mixer adds in too much air.
- Next, gently stir in your candy.
- Roll into 1 inch balls and bake at 350 degrees for 11 minutes.
- Let cool and then eat!
