First - wash your cilantro.
Why Sriracha? It packs so much flavour and heat, how do you not love it?
Once you've washed your cilantro, throw (yes, throw it in!) everything into your food processor, or in my case, my Vitamix - squeeze the lime by hand over the top.
Blend until well mixed. Taste. Add salt and pepper if necessary.
Serve on salad, or even dip homemade chicken fingers in it...totally yummy.
