Marshmallow Pops

Sweet fun marshmallow pops you can make in any colour!

Ingredients

  • 8 campfire size marshmallows or use the super size ones
  • 3 Bakers white chocolate squares
  • Blue food colouring
  • Sprinkles or crushed candy
  • Wooden skewers

Instructions

  • Melt the Bakers chocolate squares in a double boiler.  I don't have one, so I use a glass bowl over a small pot of water.
  • Once melted, add in the food colouring and keep it on the heat for another few minutes.
  • Dunk in the marshmallows - you may need to spoon on the chocolate if it's too thick.
  • Dip into your dish of sprinkles, crushed candy, or any topping you desire!
  • Present in a bouquet fashion and let everyone enjoy!!  They keep for a day or two - but they go quickly!
