Mini Monkey Bread
Mini monkey bread! Have you ever tried the larger version of the cinnamon and sugar monkey bread? Well, if you have and wished you could have a small taste on the weekend without making a huge batch, then this recipe is for you! I take the traditional monkey bread and make it mini. Let’s get baking.

Servings: 1 mini dish
Author: Ali
- 3 frozen dinner rolls
- 1 teaspoon of cinnamon
- 2 tablespoons of brown sugar
- 1 1/2 teaspoons of vanilla pudding mix
- 2 tablespoons of melted butter
First, get out a mini dish. I used these mini dishes from Le Creuset and they’re awesome. Once you find a dish, spray it with a bit of pam and if you don’t have any, then lightly coat the dish with a bit of the melted butter.
Next, put in the 3 frozen dinner roles, then dust with the cinnamon, sugar, and vanilla pudding mix.
Lastly, pour over the melted butter and let it sit for 8 hours or overnight while the bread rises.
When it’s fluffy it’s ready to bake. Set the oven at 350 degrees and bake for 17 minutes. Then eat up.
