Recipe: Easy Gluten Free Waffles

Easy gluten free waffles are the perfect weekend treat – we make a whole batch at a time and eat waffles all weekend! It’s awesome. Don’t get me wrong, we eat other food, too. Haha. These waffles are light, fluffy, and are the perfect vessel for peanut butter or honey. Okay, let’s cook up.

  • Okay, grab a box and get started. The package calls for 1 1/2 cups of water, yet I usually add just a splash or two more.
  • And, follow the box when it says to let it stand for about 10 minutes. Mix up, then while it’s sitting get out your waffle iron and make a coffee.
  • Then, spray your pan and fill with batter. Our waffle iron takes a full 1/4 cup and the box makes about 12 when I use the 1/4 cup, which is perfect for 3 breakfasts for two.
