Jalapeño Guacamole

Jalapeño guacamole – it’s a little twist on a Mexican classic. If you’ve been here before then you know I love Mexican food. I mean, it’s just so diverse! So, you’ve also know I love guacamole and have used it in a few different recipes. Well, a while back – I think November or December when we were in lockdown – I didn’t have tomatoes and since Bryce isn’t a huge fan of tomatoes, I thought, heck, I’ll substitute jalapeños instead. And that’s where the new guacamole recipe started. So, let’s guac up!

Ingredients

  • 4 large avocados
  • 2 jalapeños
  • 1/2 a white onion
  • 1 clove of garlic
  • a few dashes of sriracha
  • 3 tablespoons of lime juice
  • 2 tablespoons of fresh cilantro
  • salt to taste

Instructions

  • First, wash all of your product and then thinly dice the jalapeños, onion and the garlic.
  • Then, top with the sriracha and lime juice.
  • Then, cut the avocados and spoon out.
  • Chop the cilantro and mash everything together – add salt to taste.
  • Dish out and serve.
