First - gather all of your ingredients - ensure the butter is at room temperature.
Cream the first 3 ingredients.
Add in the next 4 and mix well.
Next, add together the flour, baking soda, and the salt.
Slowly add in the dry ingredients.
Once well combined, gently stir in the chocolate chips.
Wrap the mix in plastic wrap and put in the fridge for at least 2 hours.
Spoon out, or roll out and bake at 350 degrees for 10-12 minutes.
Let them cool (or not)...then eat!
