Recipe: Cookies and Cream Cookies 2

I found it!!! Oreo Cookies ‘n Cream Pudding Mix. Time to make these cookies and cream cookies 2 the right way.

Back in November/December of 2013 I ran a series – 12 days of cookies, and these cookies n’ cream cookies were awesome. Only issue, I used vanilla pudding mix instead of Oreo pudding mix. It’s better with more Oreo!

This time, I also used the triple double Oreo cookies – so good.

Try it!

Ingredients

• 1 cup of soft salted butter
• 1/2 cup of packed brown sugar and white
• 1 package of Oreo pudding mix
• 2 eggs
• 1 teaspoon of vanilla
• 1 1/2 cups of flour
• 3/4 cup of cake flour
• 1 teaspoon of salt and baking soda
• 12 crushed Oreos (this time I used 8 triple double Oreos)
• 1/2 cup of white chocolate chips

First – get your ingredients together.

Cream the butter and sugars. While the sugars are creaming, get out your triple double Oreo cookies and chop them up.

Next, add in the pudding mix, the eggs and the vanilla. Mix. Add in the flours, salt and baking soda. Mix. Now, fold in the Oreo cookies and white chocolate chips.

Mix well.

Bake at 350 degrees for about 10 minutes – my first batch took 12, my last batch took about 8-9. Or, pack up in plastic wrap and let sit over night – or just cook in small batches. Keeps for about 5 days.

Cool and eat!
