5 days in Reykjavik! We spent an amazing handful of days in this Northern European city – we ate, we saw, we lived! Center Hotel – Laugavegur is an awesome place to stay in Reykjavik. The staff are friendly, the rooms are spacious, and the location of the Laugavegur property can’t be beat. Not to mention it’s clean, has a modern vibe, and a pretty good breakfast selection. Puffin watching! Okay, so I had no idea how awesome puffins were until I was in Iceland. From all the gift shops, sweaters, and mittens (I bought mitts!) with puffins on them, I was quick to do some research and find out simply how lovely they are. Travel: Reykjavik Lunch Eats
Reykjavik lunch eats! We had some awesome food while we were in Iceland, from fresh felafel salads to tacos, we ate well. Of course, it’s probably not a surprise that food in Iceland is expensive – I think our least expensive lunch was around 58$ Canadian.
