    Travel: Braud and Co.

Braud and Co. is a must, like an absolute must if you’re a pastry, snack, or food loving person. These delicate (and sometimes vegan) treats are so good – so good we went twice! The one downside, nothing is gluten free. Oh, the coffee is, but that’s not much fun stacked up against their famous cinnamon roll. Okay, let’s check out this sweet eat shop. Braud and Co. They have a few locations around the city, yet we only ventured into the main one off…

    Travel: Rainbow Street

Rainbow Street in Reykjavik, Iceland is a must see, especially if you’re in the area. We stopped by for a stroll after visiting the tower at the Hallgrimskirkja Church. The area is full of life, good vibes, and has some awesome shops to check out. Okay, I’ll share some vibrant photos below! Rainbow Street Okay, first and foremost, I’ll be shocked if you visit Reykjavik and don’t come across the famous Rainbow Street. Seriously, if you walk the common main street, the Laugavegur, you’ll come…

    Travel: Hallgrimskirkja Church

The Hallgrimskirkja Church offers a stunning view of Reykjavik on all four sides, plus, the church bells are worth visiting for, too! As a traveller, one of my favourite things is to get up high and see the city. After we ate at Moss and spend the afternoon at the Blue Lagoon, the church was next on our list. We visited on a Sunday and didn’t have to wait long at all. Okay, photo time! Hallgrimskirkja Church First up, head inside and buy your tickets…

    Travel: Blue Lagoon

Blue Lagoon in Iceland (it’s not in Reykjavik, yet it’s close – about an hour away) is a must see if you’re a bucket list type of person. For us, it was more about enjoying the day catching up and relaxing. Bryce was away from home for about 2 weeks and we met in Iceland for our off the continent vacation this year. The Blue Lagoon was our first stop – time to catch-up, relax, and simply be. While Iceland has many spas or natural…

    Travel: Reykjavik Snapshot

Reykjavik snapshot – our first handful of days in this wonderfully colourful Nordic city have been awesome. From experiencing the Blue Lagoon, to museums, this place is packed with things to do, delicious food to eat, and many sights to see. Let’s check out a few highlights. Reykjavik Snapshot One of my favourite things to do when visiting a new city is to see it from above. Reykjavik isn’t that big, however, you can look out from the famous church tower. It’s worth checking out.…
