Recipe: Oreo Peanut Butter Squares
Oreo peanut butter squares – a good little treat to make to balance out all the healthy eating! Cut these squares small for just a little taste or cut them big and serve with ice cream. If you had a healthy stuffed hot dog with bacon, then you have room for one of these!
Ingredients
- 1 cup of soft salted butter
- 1/2 cup of packed brown sugar and white sugar
- 1 package of Oreo pudding mix
- 2 eggs
- 1 teaspoon of vanilla
- 1 1/2 cups of flour
- 3/4 cup of cake flour
- 1 teaspoon of salt and baking soda
- 12 crushed Oreos (this time I used peanut butter Oreos)
- 1/2 cup of white chocolate chips
First – get your ingredients together. Cream the first 3 ingredients. Then, mix in the next 3. Once they are all mixed well, slowly add in the flours and salt. Then, gently stir in the Oreo cookies and the white chocolate chips. Push the batter into a large cookie sheet and bake at 350 degrees for about 15-19 minutes – until the edges start to turn golden brown.
Cut and eat!
