Recipe: Chewy Cranberry Cookies
The last day of the 12 days of cookies! Here we have chewy cranberry cookies. What a great celebration. Thank you to all who visited and to all who tried out the recipes…I’d love to hear how they turned out!!!
To make the chewy cranberry cookies…
Ingredients
- 1 1/3 cups of flour
- 1 cup of oats
- 1/2 cup of dried cranberries and white chocolate chips
- 1/3 cup of chopped pecans
- 1/2 cup of brown sugar and white sugar
- 1 egg
- 1/2 cup of butter
- 1 teaspoon of vanilla
First – mix the first 7 ingredients together in a bowl. Then, add in the egg, butter, and the vanilla. Mix well.
Roll in to 1 inch balls. Bake at 350 degrees for 10 minutes. Let cool then eat!
