Recipe: Chocolate Covered Strawberries
Chocolate covered strawberries. Yes, they are so good. Yesterday we had chocolate covered Oreo cookies – today, swap in strawberries. You can even have sprinkles, too.
Ingredients
- Bakers white chocolate – 2 oz.
- 4-6 Strawberries
- sprinkles
You will also need a double boiler – don’t use the microwave.
Heat up the chocolate and dunk in the washed and dried strawberries. Cover in sprinkles, if you wish!
These little berries pack some sweet and tangy flavour. The sprinkles add a nice touch. And, you can add sprinkles in any colour you wish – perfect for colour themed parties or event. Use blue sprinkles and then they’ll look like those rocket pops we all ate at kids. Man, those were good. The white was my favourite part – and then the blue. The red was pretty boring and tasted like every other red colour.
Man, too bad it’s January – those are going to be hard to find right about now.
