Recipe: Easter Marshmallow Squares
Like marshmallows? Peanut butter? This is for you!
Buying the multicoloured marshmallows makes this treat perfect for Easter time – let’s get making these Easter marshmallow squares.
Ingredients
- 1 bag of multicoloured marshmallows
- 1/2 cup of butter
- 1 cup of peanut butter
- 2 cups of white chocolate chips
- 1 tablespoon of vanilla
First – gather your ingredients and measure out your white chocolate chips.
Measure out your peanut butter and mix all ingredients together (except the vanilla) and put in the microwave until melted.
Once the peanut butter mixture is melted, be sure to stir it well and mix in the vanilla.
Get your mallows ready! Stir in the peanut butter mixture. Coat all the little spongy guys well.
Spread into a 9×13 well buttered pan. Put in the fridge for about 2 hours. Cut out the squares!
Eat up!
These treats are gooey and good.
