Recipe: Frozen Grapes

Frozen Grapes: 3ten.ca

Frozen grapes – they’re like cold candy. Seriously, they are so good and I don’t have to feel bad about eating a whole small bowl to myself. Summer is the best time for frozen grapes. You pick – green or red – the choice is up to you. I’ve done both and I prefer red, but the green are good, too.

Okay – time to get started. It’s super complicated so be sure to follow along. Who am I kidding, this is easy, peasy; yet you do need patience since they take some time to freeze.

First thing, wash your grapes. Then, dry them. It’s important for them to fully dry before putting them in the freezer. The main reason is so they don’t get this little ring stand around the bottom of them.

Then, put them in a plastic container and pop them in the freezer for at least 3 hours.

That’s it! Done.

Let them sit for a bit and they’ll start to look like they’re sour gapes since they get frosty.

So good – enjoy!

Thanks so much for visiting. This week is a busy one and my hope is to get some time to edit and sort some of our vacation pictures – I feel like I’ve said that before and now it’s time I make it a bit of a priority – I’m excited to see some of the photos. So fun!

Happy Tuesday – see you again soon.
