Recipe: Mint Oreo Bars
My favourite type of ice-cream is mint chocolate chip. Mint and chocolate are so rad together – in my opinion. These mint Oreo bars have a slight mint flavour which puts a smile on my face.
If you like mint, you need to try them!
Ingredients
- 1 cup of soft salted butter
- 1/2 cup of packed brown sugar and white sugar
- 1 package of Oreo pudding mix
- 2 eggs
- teaspoon of vanilla
- 1 1/2 cups of flour
- 3/4 cup of cake flour
- 1 teaspoon of salt and baking soda
- 12-16 crushed mint Oreos
- 1/2 cup of white chocolate chips
As you can see, similar to my Peanut Butter Oreo Bars – delicious.
First – gather all of your ingredients.
Get out the star of the show and crush them up.
Cream the butter and the sugars together. Then add in the pudding mix, the egg and the vanilla. Mix well. Then, add in all the try ingredients. Mix well. Finally, stir in the last 2 ingredients gently.
Bake at 350 degrees for 15-18 minutes until the edges are golden brown. Take out and cool for about 1 hour. Cut into small squares.
Eat up!
Enjoy this minty treat.
