    Coral Creek Canyon is a figure eight, loop-like hike in Nordegg, Alberta. It’s about a 6.5 kilometer hike and took us about an hour and 45 minutes.     Whitegoat Falls is a moderate out and back hike in Nordegg, Alberta with a spectacular view of the falls. We headed up in early may and caught some snow!     Siffleur Falls hike – this easy, yet wonderful hike is about 3.5 hours from our home. The trail is full of mountain views, fresh air and clear glacier running water.     Miquelon Lake hike – it’s about a 9km hike if you do the full grouse loop, and you can take various paths through Chickadee, Deer Loop, as well as Ermine and Fox Loop.     Banff paddleboarding 2020 – that’s right, back in July we headed to Banff and took a paddle on the Bow River. It’s bright blue and full of glacier runoff. Oh, and cold.
