Travel: 3 Days in Bangkok
Three days in Bangkok Our three days in Bangkok were so much fun, so hot, and so many memories. This was our second stop on our Southeast Asia trip this spring. After we spent two days and two nights in Hong Kong we flew AirAsia from HKG to DMK. We got in around noon and headed straight to our hotel. Note to anyone arriving at Don Muang Airport, be sure you negotiate your taxi fare. I knew to do this from reading other travel blogs…

Travel: Eating Gluten Free in Hong Kong
Eating gluten free in Hong Kong – this was a bit of a challenge for me, however, with some tips and tricks – or rather, some wonderful spots to eat, you’ll be fine. We had a great two days in Hong Kong and you can, too. Keep reading below and take some advise from me. If something is good and gluten free while you’re travelling then eat up. Just eat up! Hong Kong is full of street markets and some of the food looked so…

Travel: 2 Days in Hong Kong
2 days in Hong Kong! It’s time to visit the first stop on our 23 day vacation to Southeast Asia! That’s right, I’ve finally sorted through thousands of photos from our Southeast Asia trip and it’s time to share. Seemed only fitting that since we left on April 13 and that I start blogging about it on June 13. Ya, that’s fitting. Travel: Going-to-the-Sun-Road
Going-to-the-Sun-Road was a highlight on our recent trip to Glacier National Park. So beautiful. My dad knows I love to travel and over the years my stocking has been known to have a travel book or two. They live in the bathroom and often wander out to the kitchen counter to show Bryce where we should travel to next. While we were travelling in Southeast Asia I mentioned that I wanted to go camping this summer and I thought Glacier National Park would be a…

Pillow case – in this super fun Canadian fabric. We are travelling to Glacier National Park tomorrow and we’ve got the Boler out and ready. Well, almost ready. I cleaned the truck yesterday and then it rained before I could get to the Boler. So, as soon as I’m done sharing this pillow case tutorial with you I’m headed outside to get our Boler ready for it’s fourth national park! These pillow cases are fun and just a bit of a nod to being Canadian.…

Travel: Home Safe
Home safe and happy to be on Canadian soil, yet happier to give Lily snuggles. Awww, and to have slept in our own bed last night – so awesome. Although, I’m not too sure if staying awake for the whole 28-30 hour travel day yesterday was smart…I think it might catch up with me! Home Safe You can see that we’re quite tired in our selfie shot yesterday from the Vancouver airport as we waited to catch our third connection. The one thing that’s been…
