Travel: Kinka Palms Motel

Kinka Palms Motel is one of the cutest, most comfortable places we stayed on our trip to Australia. The rooms are spacious, the beds are cozy, and the decor is simple and elegant. Plus, the outdoor space is awesome! Okay, let’s take a peek at some of our photos.

Kinka Palms Motel

First up, the room. We had a big bed, a nice bathroom, and a decent sized kitchen. They do have rooms that are more spacious, yet for a couple of nights, the room was perfect. I just loved the simple decor. Plus, the arm chair reminded us of the one we have at home – you know, the one Daphne sits on?!

See, here is a closer view of the kitchen, it’s tight, yet workable! Plus, the fridge is plenty big enough for whatever you might need. I love widows above kitchen sinks. It gives me a mega home-like feeling, it’s welcoming and comfortable all at the same time.

Okay, a couple of photos of the bathroom – a lot of space in here, too. Plus, I just love a lot of white space with minimal accents.

And, lastly, the highlight was the outdoor space! We used the barbeque and I enjoyed the pool. It’s nice to have a place to relax.

Oh – that’s our rental car! The blue one, a little hatch back. It was a great vehicle for darting from the top of Queensland all the way down to Brisbane. Here’s a better shot of it.
