Marshmallow Pops
Such fun for a birthday, shower, or any old party time treat! These marshmallow pops are quite sweet, so get ready.
Ingredients
- 8 campfire size marshmallows (or use the super size ones)
- 3 Bakers white chocolate squares
- Blue food colouring
- Sprinkles or crushed candy
- Wooden skewers
Melt the Bakers chocolate squares in a double boiler. I don’t have one, so I use a glass bowl over a small pot of water. Once melted, add in the food colouring and keep it on the heat for another few minutes. Dunk in the marshmallows – you may need to spoon on the chocolate if it’s too thick.
Dip into your dish of sprinkles, crushed candy, or any topping you desire!
Present in a bouquet fashion and let everyone enjoy!! They keep for a day or two – but they go quickly!
