Ingredients
- 1/2 a white onion
- small vine tomato
- 1 teaspoon of shallot spice
- 1-2 teaspoons of butter
First, gather all of your ingredients and wash the onion and tomato.
Next, thinly slice the white onion.
Add the butter to a hot pan and then add the onions.
Top with the seasoning. Cook the onions until they’re just about staring to caramelize. Cut the vine tomato and deseed it – take all the seeds and wetness out. Slice it very thinly and add it to the onions.
