Kale Chips – have you ever had Kale? It’s a complete Super Food, for sure. I dislike it raw (far to fibrous) so cooking it like chips is a little treat. Ingredients 1 bunch of kale 2 tablespoons of olive oil 1 teaspoon of salt 1-1.5 tablespoon of seasoning (chile flakes, chipotle, even chicken and ribs seasoning works well!)
