Activities
Okay, now that you’ve got all the links to where to eat, places to see, and what to do I’ll share the photos. So many photos!
On our first day in Dubai we did Burj Khalifa, the fountain, the Dubai Mall, and the Underwater Zoo. It was a day full of almost 30k steps, yet it was awesome. Here are a few more highlight photos.
After a busy day and some wonderful food at the Michelin recommended Al Mandaloun, we dropped our heads at our hotel for a long nights sleep.
On day two we visited Etihad Museum, the Frame and had dinner at Avatāra. The museum was a highlight for sure, especially learning the history on how the seven Emirates came to be one united country. The history isn’t very old, which is pretty neat, too.
Look at this frame! Old Dubai on one side and new Dubai on the other – so cool.
Up next, a little peak into our fine dining experience – well worth it!
On day three we visited the Miracle Gardens and the Garden Glow. Both are unique on their own.
Day four was full of sights – from mosques to street art, we saw a lot! Plus, one of our lunch eat spots was so good – Bounty Beets. Check it out if you’re near the Dubai Marina.
Well, there you have it, our 4 day trip to Dubai! No, we didn’t fly right home after only 4 days – we ventured onward throughout the Persian Gulf. More to share on Manama, Doha, and Abu Dhabi.
Here we are in the wee hours of the morning waiting for our ride to the airport – off to Manama, Bahrain!
Thanks for visiting – see you again soon!
