Travel: Act Hotel Roppongi
The Act Hotel in Roppongi – it’s a great little spot in an awesome neighbourhood. The metro is right around the corner and you can walk to shopping as well as museums and awesome food. Okay, let’s check out some photos of the sweet little hotel.
Act Hotel Roppongi
As you probably know or would suspect, the standard hotel rooms in Tokyo are smaller than most in Canada. All good, though. We travel light!
There is a bit of room at the end of the bed, yet not enough room for a bag or anything. The room looked out to the alley, yet it was nice to have a window with some natural light during our mornings. The bed was super comfortable and the room was super-duper clean.
Oh, and of course, the washroom! Our first high-tech toilet. So fun.
The toilet is kinda cool, yet I like simple, too. I was surprised when out and about how many people used the music button. It was an interesting experience!
The washroom has a lot of room and the dual option for the shower head was a nice touch – rain shower or the handheld. As a girl with curly hair, that’s a total bonus.
The location can’t be beat, unless you’re looking to stay right by Tokyo Station.
In Roppongi, you’re close to eats, the Mori Art Museum, and about a 20 minute walk to Tokyo Tower.
Plus, isn’t the entrance welcoming?
All in all, the room was a great size and worked well for our 4 days in Tokyo. Oh, and the front desk has snacks, including ice cream, as well as slippers and small toiletry items if you happened to forget anything. The rooms are smoke free and key access to the main doors, which is safe.
Thanks for stopping by – happy travelling!
