Travel: Dubai Garden Glow

The Dubai Garden Glow is a neat place if you’re looking to enjoy the outdoors in the evening. We visited on our last night and spent about 90 minutes walking, talking, and enjoying the glow garden. It’s right by the Dubai Frame, so perhaps check it out if you’re in the area. Okay, let’s check out some bright photos!

First up, go at night, and when it’s really dark. I think they open at 5pm, and the sun sets around 4:45pm, yet I wouldn’t recommend going until at least 6pm.

We visited after dinner around 9:00pm and it was perfect. There are a lot of food vendors if you’re curious. Okay – photos!

Second tip, give yourself enough time to see all you want to see. We spent about 90 minutes here and didn’t see everything. The park is massive, it’s over 100 acres, so big! The sets are neat, full of detail, and you’ll most certainly get your steps in. The one thing I wish they had (maybe they did and I didn’t grab one) was a map. Maps help me understand where I want to go, and in a time crunch, I can easily understand what areas are worth missing.

Last tip, the other parks (dinosaur, fantasy, and magic) are neat, too – yet the glow park is the must see! If you have kids, I think they’d really like the other parks – we did check them out and the little ones were running in excited ‘I’m having the best time’ type fashion.

And, I had to wait my turn behind about 7 children to step inside the human kaleidoscope – worth it!
