Travel: Hello House Ho Chi Minh City
Hello House
The Hello House Ho Chi Minh City is a delightful little place in the central backpacker district. Also, it’s quite inexpensive. This room cost us 87$ for 3 nights – that’s 27$ a night?! Plus, it comes with quality wifi, air conditioning and breakfast. Total score.
This little welcome sign is there to greet you when you arrive. Oh, and there’s a locker (you get a key) for you to lock up your shoes.
This adorable little bed – and you can see the fridge on the bottom right. This kept our water cold, which is a plus.
The bathroom and shower. So, I know what the little hose is for on the side of the toilet, yet I’m not too sure how to properly use it. Just about every toilet had one – travelling is awesome. The bathroom isn’t too special, yet it has a nice large water tank so you can take a long shower. That part I liked.
The only issue I had with this hotel, and it might just be with Vietnam in general, is the lack of fire escape. This window is way to small for me to escape. Not to mention we’re on the 5th floor and no lift. I didn’t mind the no lift part, not at all, yet the fire thing was a tad of an issue.
That’s a lot of stairs, right? Good little travel workout at the Hello House Ho Chi Minh City – they’ve got your fitness goals in mind!
They have a good wifi connection, yet a full computer if you wanted to use it. This is also their breakfast area, which was quite good – basic and easy, yet I loved how much fruit I got each time. The place is clean, which is the most important thing, in my books.
It’s tucked back in an alley – like the Adamaz House in Bangkok. Check it out online at Hello House and book today – I’m a fan of booking in advance, that’s for sure.
Thanks so much for stopping by and happy travelling!
