Travel: 3 Days in Vancouver
Three days in Vancouver – what to do, what to see and what to eat! Here is what we did while in the fabulous Van-City.
Time Square Suites
This place is perfect for a few nights stay – they have parking, a kitchen and a Whole Foods is just two blocks away.
Science World
On the Sunday afternoon we visited Science World and saw a movie in the OMNIMAX. Games, puzzles and a bit of learning – so much fun, overall, we spent about 4 hours at Science World.
Capilano Suspension Bridge Park
On the Monday morning we were one of the first to arrive at the park – they open at 9am. The best part about arriving so early – an empty bridge for a beautiful photo. After about 2-3 hours at the park we head on over to Granville Island.
Granville Island
This place is beautiful – boats, art galleries and the produce is incredible. The only part that sucks is the parking. We didn’t do much other than walk around and check places out. I could see how it would be an amazing summer spot to simply sit on a patio, enjoy friends and stay cool.
Vancouver Aquarium
Up next – some of the best jellyfish ever. The Vancouver Aquarium is a research and education facility – they put the needs of the animals first, which is awesome. I love the jellyfish so much. Check out this place to have an awesome afternoon of learning – we spent about 3-4 hours here.
Vancouver Eats
Where to eat in Vancouver? Check out the Vancouver Eats post which shares in detail – just because our place had a kitchen didn’t mean we didn’t enjoy the city eats.
Stanley Park
Our hotel is right around the corner from Stanley Park – beautiful hiking trails, park benches and breathtaking views. If you get the chance, then visit this iconic park.
That’s our itinerary for three days in Vancouver – happy travelling and thanks for visiting.
