It’s rich, fluffy and bakes up nicely. Not crumbly and flakey like some cornbread muffins can be. Nope, Bob’s got this recipe down pat. The only way to mess it up is to over bake. So, keep an eye on them and get ready to make your tummy happy. Happy for cornbread.
