  • 3 large russet potatoes
  • 4 tablespoons of olive oil
  • salt

First – set your oven to 475 degrees. It’s time to heat things up!

Now, wash and peel your potatoes.

Time to cut into fries. Cut lengthways and then turn, cutting lengthways again.

Grab a dish towel and dry out the potatoes. Put them in a bowl and toss in the olive oil.

Lay out as a single layer on a baking sheet. Bake for 15 minutes. Flip and bake for 10 more.

Then, flip again and lower the oven to 350 and bake for 10 more minutes.
