Berry breakfast bowl. Full of colour (eat the rainbow) and healthy goodness. Use this recipe or make your own. This recipe is great when you have time to make breakfast, when you’re in a rush, try the oatmeal pumpkin breakfast bars.
- 2/3 cup of cooked brown rice
- 1/2 cup of granola and greek yogurt
- 1/2 cup of blueberries, raspberries and pomegranate seeds
- 1 kiwi
This recipe makes 2-3 bowls.
Gather all of your ingredients.
Wash your berries, get your pomegranate seeds washed, and slice your kiwi.
Put everything in a bowl.
Mix. I leave the kiwi out when mixing – it just tends to break. Either cut it up smaller or leave it out and then add at the end.
Eat up the tasty goodness.
