Okay, time to get cooking.

Black Bean Burger Bombs

As you know we were in Glacier National Park last week and took an adventure on Going-to-the-Sun-Road. So fun. Well, the park has no power (okay, they have lights and such in the bathrooms) but they have no hook-ups at the campsite. Fire only. I’m sure you could cook with propane if you had it, but we didn’t. Good old fashioned fire cooking for these two. These black bean burger bombs were so good and an easy meal since everything was done at home. Believe me, it’s far easier to prep at home than it is at a picnic table.

Put them on the fire and roast them for 12-18 minutes.

Look at our view! The Boler has been so much fun – it’s just loving being at a national park. Tipsy is happy.
