Recipe: Cookies ‘n Cream Marshmallow Squares
This recipe has 4 ingredients and it makes a chewy summer treat…and you don’t even have to turn on your oven! Bonus. It’s time for cookies ‘n cream marshmallow squares.
Ingredients
- 15 Oreo cookies
- 2.5 cups of mini-marshmallows
- 1/2 a stick of butter
- 1 teaspoon of vanilla (optional)
First – crush your Oreo cookies. I made this recipe with regular Oreo cookies and then with golden Oreo cookies. Both were great!
Now, time for the marshmallow puff. Put your marshmallows in a microwaveable bowl and push in the stick of butter. Watch it and remove once it starts to puff up.
Quickly stir the marshmallows until mix and then add in your vanilla. Then, as fast as you can so the marshmallow doesn’t set again, stir in the Oreo goodness and then pour into a pan lined with tinfoil – yes, tinfoil.
Let it sit in the fridge for at least 3 hours – cut and eat.
