Ingredients

  • 1 cup natural yogurt
  • 1/2 cup of peanut butter
  • 1 ripe banana

Gather all of your ingredients and mash them all together. Mix well and then put in a 9×9 pan and freeze for about 1 hour. Take out and cut into 9 squares. Line a plastic container with parchment paper and put them back in the freezer for about 2 hours.
