Recipe: Stuffed Jalapeños

Ingredients

    • 7-9 jalapeños
    • 1/2 cup cheddar, monterey jack and mozzarella cheese
    • 2 tablespoons of cilantro
    • small white onion
    • 1 tablespoon sriracha sauce

Slice jalapeños in half, deseed and dice onions. Sauté onions in a bit of oil until rich and brown – set aside to cool.

Mix in a large bowl the onions, cilantro, the 3 cheeses and the sriracha sauce.

Mix the ingredients well – you want that spicy sriracha to blend nicely.

Stuff away! Go from empty to stuffed in no time!!! Bake at 350 degrees for about 12-15 minutes. Keep a close eye on them – you don’t want to over cook them and have the cheese ooze all out on the pan.
