Recipe: White Chocolate Holiday Crack

Ingredients
- a sleeve of salted saltine crackers
- 2 sticks of salted butter
- 1 cup of dark brown sugar
- 270g bag of milk chocolate chips
Lay out parchment paper on a baking sheet and then evenly lay out the saltine crackers. Mix the butter and brown sugar in a small pan and bring it to a light boil – stir often. After about 4 minutes, pour over the saltine crackers. Bake in the oven at 375 for 7 minutes, until the butter and sugar mixture is bubbly.
Top with the chocolate chips and move them around so they melt.
Pop it in the fridge and let cool for a bit. Then, time to crack it up.
Eat up!
