Travel: 2 Days in Agnes Waters
2 days in Agnes Waters, Australia. Or, also known as Seventeen Seventy, 1770 – it’s got one of the most beautiful beaches and some great hikes. Okay, let’s check out some photos and see what we did!
2 Days in Agnes Waters
First up, the beach. We played in the water for hours. Jumping, splashing, and trying not to get sucked out to sea! The beach was quiet and it was nice and peaceful. You can see all the footprints, so the beach is certainly busy during the day!
On our first day in Agnes Waters we did the Red Rock Trail. It’s a long one, and not much shade at all, yet the view is stunning. Check it out.
The breeze is nice and kept us cool. Oh, visit at low tide unless you want to get your feet wet.
Up next we had the Paperbark Trail. One of the coolest places – luckily the second time we stopped at the trail head it was open. The first time it was closed due to flooding. Aren’t the pods neat?
In the evening on both nights we caught the sunset and we took a little walk after the second night and checked out the bluff on the other side.
I love the contrast of the peachy sky with the teal blue of the ocean, it’s a neat photo, I think.
Lastly, check out the hotel we stayed at – not a bad setup for two nights. Oh, and be sure to visit the review on the hotel if you want the backstory on us barbecuing on an Australian flattop. It was fun!
Well, there you have it, two days in Agnes Waters!
Thanks for visiting and enjoy the holidays – see you again soon.
