Okay, that’s the full list, now time for some photos. First up, we flew in on Qatar Airways – the flight was great, yet nothing overly special about this top tier airline…then again, we had a hop over from Bahrain, so no first or business class for us.
After our flight we checked into our hotel and got settled, then headed out for some lunch at Nook.
With full bellies from Nook we took a stroll around the Katara Cultural Village and then walked back to our hotel via the Doha Corniche, finishing off the day with Thai food for dinner.

After dinner we stopped at a corner store or gas station around the corner from our hotel – you can see the hotel in the back ground below. We love snacks.
The next day we toured Education City – a highlight of our trip. From the Botanic Garden to the Arab Museum of Modern Art, this little nook of Doha is worth checking out.
One of my snack finds – cold and refreshing Kinza!
After a full day at Education City we had some falafel and grilled halloumi – so good!
The third day we visited a couple of museums.
And on our last day we saw the camel parade and the souq – so fun!
After dinner and packing up, our next stop was the Doha airport – check this place out!
Overall, we had an awesome time in Doha, Qatar. If you’re thinking of visiting the Middle East, Doha is most certainly a must stop. It was my favourite out of the four stops we had on this trip.
Thanks for stopping by and happy travelling!
