Travel: Observation Deck at 300
The Observation Deck at 300 in Abu Dhabi wasn’t originally on our list, yet I’m so happy we checked it out. We were looking for a place to grab a snack and I saw it on Google Maps. So, we visited. You know me and the towers that stand tall over cities – from Mexico City to Paris – I love observation decks. They’re a great way to see the city, that’s for sure.
Okay, let’s check out some photos.
Observation Deck at 300
First, it was a lot of fun visiting the Emirates Heritage Village first and then seeing it from high in the sky. We even saw Atlantis from the deck. The part that was interesting to me is the man-made land. It’s wild to see how expansive it is – okay, photos.
The tower’s entrance is to the right of the hotel’s check-in area. It’s a little tricky to find if you don’t know where you’re going. Not to worry, though, the area is all connected indoors, so you’ll stay cool if you get a little lost.
See – Atlantis on the far side. It’s hard to miss, that’s for sure.
All the major buildings are captured below so you know what each of them is. We had a super clear day so we could see everything – it was awesome.
All the ‘land’ is wild – so many boats, pools, and large properties. I think they could keep building as far as the eye can see.
If you visit the Observation Deck at 300 you can have snacks at the top or you can choose to walk around and take photos – or both! All in all, you can budget about an hour for this activity. We enjoyed the cool break from the heat, so that was nice! Plus, the view – the view is amazing.
Thanks for stopping by and happy travelling!
