Mexico
This country is home to my favourite food. Perhaps that seems silly, but I’ve loved Mexican food for as long as I can remember. I found out I’m a Celiac and it just seemed to fit – makes sense why I love corn tacos or beans and rice – no gluten! Okay, back to travelling that is why you’re here after all, right? I haven’t done a resort or an all inclusive in Mexico, or ever in any country, for that matter. Not yet, anyway. Regardless, this country is deep in history and much more than a beach, that I know for sure.
On my first trip to Mexico we drove across the border. That was an experience all in itself and you can read about it below. We didn’t do much other than visit Tijuana and see some local sites and shop the markets.
