What’s in this juice?

The blueberries are an antioxidant and help with constipation. Raspberries enhance the immune system. Grapes are an antiviral, anticancer, and an antioxidant superfood. The strawberries are a good source of iron and help with gout and kidney stones. The cantaloup is also an antioxidant as well as an anticoagulant (natural blood thinner) and helps reduce cancer.

You’re body is going to love you. Start tossing the fruit into the juicer to make this berry blast juice.

Juice the raspberries first and the grapes last – the raspberries need help getting pressed through the screen. If you made only raspberry juice you would have a lot of pulp and good stuff left in the juicer. In that case, I might pour a bit of water down the juicer to help flush the goodness out.

So – did you like this one?

A bit different from yesterday. In comparison this one is like a little dessert. Wait for the veggies ones, the complete opposite of dessert. Still good, however!

Okay – go to the store and grab some juicing supplies – pick up some kale and you’ll be a step ahead for tomorrow.
