Recipe: Easter Bark
Easter Bark! This recipe is such a treat – beautiful pastel colours and all jazzed up with peanut M&Ms!
Takes about 10 minutes total…and then about 2 hours to set.
Ingredients
- 3 packs of Wilton Melts
- 1 1/2 cup of pastel peanut M&Ms
First – get your melts and M&Ms ready.
Dish out your melts – I used pink, purple, and yellow – about 60-80 pieces in each bowl is enough.
Melt! I used the microwave…less to clean up.
Now, once each chocolate bowl is nice and melted – spoon out on parchment paper. Don’t put it all in one spot, that’l make it harder to blend.
Swirl all around. Place the peanut M&Ms all over the chocolate while it’s still warm – be sure to press the M&Ms down into the chocolate.
Put in the fridge for about 2 hours.
Time to break it up. All I did was pick up the parchment paper and drop it about 5 inches onto the counter. It cracked up nicely.
Plate.
Eat up!
White chocolate doesn’t have caffeine (which gives me headaches…a whole other topic) so it’s yummy in my tummy.
Enjoy this Easter Treat – only one more week.
