Recipe: Easter Cookies
Easter cookies – just a hint of pastel and you’re all set for the holiday. These cookies are festive and full of spring. Bake up and enjoy.
Ingredients
- 2 cups of cake flour
- 1 teaspoon pf backing soda
- 2 teaspoons of corn starch
- 1/4 cup of brown sugar
- 3/4 cup of white sugar
- 1 cup butter
- 2 eggs
- 1 tablespoon vanilla
- a cup of reese peanut butter eggs
It’s the eggs that make these good!
First, cream the butter, sugar, eggs and vanilla. Then, add in the flour, baking soda, and corn starch. Once the mix is well combined, slowly add in the crushed reese peanut butter eggs.
Roll out into 1 inch balls and push them a bit flat. Bake at 350 degrees for 10-12 minutes or until edges are golden brown.
Let them cool. Don’t stack them or put them away until they are cool – they will stick if they’re not cool.
Done!
Eat and enjoy.
Have a great long weekend and visit again soon.
