Recipe: Greek Salad Dressing
Greek salad dressing. It’s easy to make and so much better than any bottle kind. It’s fresh, light, and packs some big flavours.
Ingredients
- 1/3 cup of olive oil
- 3 tablespoons of balsamic vinegar
- 1 tablespoon of lemon juice
- 1 teaspoon of minced garlic
- 3/4 teaspoon of oregano
- dash of salt and pepper
First – gather all of your ingredients. My olive oil and vinegar get used a lot, so they are on the counter, ready to go.

Mix everything.
Pour over your salad.
Eat up and enjoy!

- Mix all of your ingredients. Be sure they mix well so the oil and vinegar don't separate too much.
- Pour over your salad and eat.
