Recipe: No Bake Ice Cream Cake
This is such a fun easy treat – no baking required and it keeps for about 5 days in the freezer (as long as it’s wrapped up in plastic wrap). Nice on a summer day or on a cold winter day when you’re going to have hot chocolate and pie!
Ingredients
- 1 graham cracker crust
- container of Cool Whip
- 1 pack of chocolate pudding
- 2 cups of milk (as per pudding directions)
- your favourite chocolate bars – 2 of them (Toblerone)
- Skor chips
- Reese Minis – or any mini chocolate candy
Make pudding and be sure to let it fully cool off – if not, it will deflate the Cool Whip.
Mix together Skor chips, Reese minis, and chunks of your favourite chocolate bar. Then stir in the Cool Whip and then stir in the cool pudding – like I said before, be sure the pudding is totally cooled off. Fill the pie crust to the max. Sometimes I have extra filling and I like to put it into our at home popsicle mold…so good!
Freeze and enjoy in about 3 hours…..eat it up!
