Roasted veg in tinfoil packs reminds me of summer…this recipe is simple – 4 ingredients and you can change it up as you see fit. Add potatoes, add other vegetables, use butter instead of oil…you decide!

  • 2 red peppers
  • 1.5 pounds of broccoli
  • 2 tablespoons of omega oil
  • 5 dashes of steak spice

First – wash and cut your veg and throw in a bowl.

Place in a dish, just incase your burrito leaks.

Set the oven to 425 and bake for about 30-40 minutes, or cook on the BBQ in the tinfoil, but put the burritos in a wire basket. Check it out when it’s done…looks tasty, right?
