Travel: Dubai Lunch Eats
Dubai lunch eats – being gluten free and travelling can at times be challenging, however, in Dubai we had some amazing eats for lunch. I’ll share with you some of our favourite places. Okay, let’s check them out.
Dubai Lunch Eats
- Circle of Crust – Dubai Mall
- Stopping Grounds Cafe – Jumeirah
- Bounty Beets – Dubai Marina
First up, pizza! One thing we like to do when travelling internationally is take it a little easy on our first meal. When we were in Japan we had Mexican for our first meal. It helps to not shock our system too bad, and aids in being comfortable with the time difference.
Circle of Crust has a lot of choices and specifically, they have Gluten Free options – total score!
The pizza was delicious and we dove right into Lebanese food for dinner – more on that in another post.
After we visited the Etihad Museum we walked through Jumeirah and had lunch at Stomping Grounds, a awesome little cafe that’s Aussie owned and a UAE OG! They have an amazing menu. I got a salad full of texture and flavour and Bryce got a hearty sandwich – so good!
Up next, after our morning at the Miracle Gardens we checked out the Dubai Maria and had lunch (well, more like brunch) at Bounty Beets. That’s two soft boiled eggs and a ball of burrata – yum!
Well, there you have it, our top three Dubai lunch eats! From at home classics to fresh salads, we had some awesome food on this trip. These lunches were just a small look into what we had for lunch. Wait until we share a small Indian restaurant in the souq in Manama.
Food is one of the reasons we travel – what about you, why do you travel?! We’d love to know!
Happy eating and we’ll see you again soon.
